All communications are transmitted within a defined network, and hospital users must authenticate their identity with a unique username and password before being able to send, receive or reply to any text message containing ePHI.

If a service is HIPAA compliant, you can rest assured that your health information is completely secure and is seen only by the intended authorities of the hospital. We don't sell, redistribute, share your health information with any third party while only pass on your appointment related information to the hospital to whom this patient identifiable information belongs.
